These Vinyl CD DVD tamper resistant sleeves are made for mounting to a flat surface. The CDs DVDs are inserted from the back and then the protective adhesive guard is removed. Then the sleeve is applied to a flat surface (back of a book). The end user must break the seal to remove the CD or DVD.
