A CD/DVD hub is a self adhesive foam button which will stick to printed material or any clean surface. It will hold any size CD/DVD by using the center hole of the CD/DVD.

One side of this, 4mm thick 16mm wide hub, is adhesive. It is inexpensive, easy to apply and looks great for presentations!
